Employee Agreement
1. Introduction
This Employee Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the employment relationship between Kagaz Consultancy (“Company”) and the employee (“Employee”).
By accepting employment, the Employee agrees to comply with the terms outlined herein.
2. Employment Terms
Employment with Kagaz Consultancy shall be:
- Subject to offer letter terms
- Based on role and responsibilities assigned
- Governed by applicable labor laws of Mumbai, India
The Company reserves the right to modify job roles based on business requirements.
3. Duties & Responsibilities
The Employee agrees to:
- Perform assigned duties diligently
- Maintain professional conduct
- Follow company policies
- Protect company reputation
- Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
4. Confidentiality
The Employee agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Client data
- Business strategies
- Financial information
- Legal documents
- HR policies
Confidential information must not be disclosed during or after employment without written authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
Any documents, policies, content, templates, or materials created by the Employee during employment shall remain the property of Kagaz Consultancy.
Employees shall not claim ownership over company intellectual property.
6. Code of Conduct
Employees must:
- Maintain ethical standards
- Avoid conflicts of interest
- Refrain from unlawful activities
- Follow workplace discipline
Violation may lead to disciplinary action including termination.
7. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation details shall be governed by the individual employment offer letter.
Salary, incentives, and benefits are subject to company policy and statutory regulations.
8. Termination
Employment may be terminated:
- By mutual agreement
- By resignation with required notice
- By the Company for misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or non-performance
Notice period requirements shall be as per employment offer letter.
9. Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation
During employment and for a reasonable period thereafter:
- The Employee shall not solicit company clients
- The Employee shall not misuse confidential business information
Subject to applicable labor laws.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any employment-related disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by laws applicable in Mumbai, India.
12. Modifications
Kagaz Consultancy reserves the right to update employment policies as required by business or legal changes.
