Customer Agreement

1. Introduction

This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Kagaz Consultancy (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and the client (“Customer”, “you”).

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Scope of Services

Kagaz Consultancy provides professional services including but not limited to:

  • HR Management & Compliance
  • Legal Advisory Services
  • Company Registration Assistance
  • Payroll & Statutory Compliance
  • Business Consulting
  • Documentation & Agreement Drafting

Specific service details shall be agreed upon through written communication, proposals, or invoices.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Submit required documents on time
  • Cooperate during the service process
  • Make timely payments as agreed

Kagaz Consultancy shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

  • All service fees must be paid as agreed before or during service execution.
  • Payments once processed are subject to the Refund Policy.
  • Taxes and statutory charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the client.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Confidentiality

Kagaz Consultancy agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information shared during service engagement.

We will not disclose confidential information except:

  • When required by law
  • With client consent
  • To authorized service providers assisting in service execution

6. Limitation of Liability

Kagaz Consultancy provides advisory and consultancy services only.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Regulatory penalties imposed due to incorrect information provided by the client
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruption losses
  • Third-party claims

Final compliance responsibility remains with the Customer.

7. Service Completion

Services shall be considered completed when:

  • Consultation has been conducted
  • Documentation is delivered
  • Compliance filings are submitted
  • Agreed milestones are fulfilled

Any additional revisions beyond scope may attract additional charges.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • By written notice
  • In case of breach of terms
  • For non-payment

Termination does not entitle refund once services have commenced.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws applicable in Mumbai, India.

11. Modifications

Kagaz Consultancy reserves the right to update this Agreement. Updated terms will be published on the website.
