1. Nature of Services

Kagaz Consultancy provides professional HR, legal, compliance, payroll, and business consultancy services.

As our services are digital, advisory, and documentation-based, traditional product returns do not apply.

2. Consultation & Service Fees

All payments made for consultation, advisory, documentation, registration, or compliance services are considered service fees.

Once a consultation session has been conducted or work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation:

  • Before work has officially started
  • Before documentation preparation
  • Within 24 hours of booking (if service not initiated)

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment error
  • Service not initiated by Kagaz Consultancy
  • In exceptional circumstances approved by management

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Kagaz Consultancy.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed consultation sessions
  • Drafted legal documents
  • Filed registrations or compliance submissions
  • Downloadable digital products (if applicable)
  • Customized HR policies or agreements

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on banking channels.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact your bank

8. Digital Products (If Applicable in Future)

For downloadable templates, digital guides, or courses:

  • No refunds will be provided after download access is granted
  • Refunds will only be processed in case of technical payment errors

Any disputes related to refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
